Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery within India:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
- We attempt to deliver all our orders within 12-15 days. All the unstitched products in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days.
- To ensure that the order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputable logistics companies.
- We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website, but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above-mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at chinaar.char@gmail.com and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.
Delivery outside India:
- For orders outside India, we charge a shipping fee of Rs. 2500/-.
- We attempt to deliver all the international orders within 15-20 business days.
- No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as business days for standard deliveries.
*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
Order Confirmation
- We will send an email confirmation of your order. Once the shipment is processed, a tracking code will be sent to you, to check the status of the shipment.
- Please note that orders once placed cannot be cancelled but we would also be happy to provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering.
Taxes
- All prices are exclusive of 12% GST.
