We are shipping both domestic and international orders

2. Where are Char Chinaar’s products sold?

All our products are currently exclusively available only on our website.

3. How do I select my size?

A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering. If you are looking for a truly personalized experience, our bespoke tailoring option is tailored to your precise measurements, taken using a web form that is sent to you after you place your order.

4. How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?

All your products are made with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch. 

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email with your AWB and updates on the email address provided. You can also enter the AWB on the shipping company's website and track the status.

6. How long does it take for my product to reach me?

Your product will be delivered between 15-20 business days

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your shipping address by writing to us on chinaar.char@gmail.com

8. What are the acceptable methods of payment?

All forms of online payment is accepted as a form of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

9. How can I take care of my garment?

Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your outfit to open up, therefore, we strongly recommend a dry clean for your product.
